A number of papers exist relating to his involvement in the campaign to restore Capital Punishment, the European Movement and the Civic Trust.

This collection was deposited at Churchill Archives Centre by Lord Duncan-Sandys in December 1976 and a further deposit was made in 1979. Lord Duncan Sandys removed some files in 1982.

Many of the papers had been classified prior to deposit. The series are therefore largely those used by Lord Duncan-Sandys and the series titles have been retained from the original catalogue.
