2	Bargain and sale to William Benson, dean, of 2 messuages and a yard in Longditch, and other property (neighbours and dimensions specified, see 2a and 2b).
4	Lease to Anne, Countess of Oxford, widow, of a tenement in Longditch, now in her tenure, for two years from the Nativity of John the Baptist (i.e. the next day) at an annual rent of £7 in four annual instalments.
5	Lease to Robert Hollson, citizen and merchant tailor of London, of the parish of St John the Evanglist in Watling Street, of the properties lately in the tenure of Robert Smallwood and Guy Gascoigne, lately purchased from Beryff and Moulton.
6	Grant to the Queen of 3 messuages and 2 gardens in Longditch Street to be granted by her to CCCC to be held of her manor of Stalbridge, Dorset.
7	Letters patent granting to CCCC a portion of the tithes of Grantchester, lately due to the Priory of St Neot's; an annual rent of 11s 6d lately payable to the dissolved Priory of Hatfield, Essex, and 3 messuages and 2 gardens in Westminster.
7A	Bond in £300 to the Master and Fellows of CCCC to stand to arbitration in a dispute concerning the title to property in Longditch.
8	Draft of lease to John Woolmer of Westminster, carpenter, of their great mansion house, with all outbuildings, orchards, gardens, etc., together with 3 messuages adjoining for 50 years at an annual rent of £8 13s 4d.
9	Counterpart of lease to Thomas Keyes, one of the Queen's cooks, and Isabelle his wife of the great mansion house, etc., in Longditch Street for 40 years from Lady Day 1581 at an annual rent of £8 13s 4d.
10	Counterpart of lease to Thomas Keyes, one of the Queen's cooks, and Isabelle his wife of the great mansion house, etc., in Longditch Street for 40 years from Midsummer 1582 at an annual rent of £8 13s 4d.
