11b 'Mr Challiner his offres for the renewinge of the lease of Coll: houses in Westminster from xxjtie yeres to fourtie made by Mr Hanslowe [Henslowe] of Southwarke & Mr Harrison attourney on Satterday morning May 16 1601 . . .'. The offers were made at the Minster House in London to John Jegon, and include £16 for arrearages in entertainment, £14 for a fine; £10 for the Master's fine and 'for discharge of the charge of entertainment hereafter an increase of 26s 8d rent'.
