The messuage is now described as between the tenement late of Henry Somer and a messuage late of Henry Allen and abutting on the highway and on a headland late of Henry Aunger. Half an acre lies in Downfeld on le Hill between land of the said Robert (E) and land of CCCC (W) and abuts (N) on land of Edward Grey, esquire; half an acre lies in le Brachefeld at Shortbrache next to land of Edward Grey, esquire, (N) and land of the said Robert (S) and abuts (E) on le Brachewey; 1½ roods, with adjacent headland (chevitium) lie in Brokefeld at le Burnebroke between land of the chantry of the BVM (E) and land of the said Robert (W) and abut (S) on Burnebroke; half an acre of meadow lies in Haslingfield field in le Hay next to the meadow of Edward Grey, esquire, (W) and abuts (N) on Burnebroke.
