8	Quitclaim to Sir Walter Chamberlain of the annual rent of 2s assigned by nos. 5 and 6 above.
10	Grant to Walter Chamberlain, Lord of Landbeach, of 3 headlands and ½ an acre of arable. Annual payment: 1 rose.
11	Grant to Sir Walter Chamberlain of Pelham for half a mark of a service of 12d due from Robert de Bradfield for a tenement in Cottenham. Yearly fee: one rose.
12	Grant to his daughter Avicia of a bovate of land in Landbeach in the area called 'terra de busco', subject to an annual rent of 3s to the Prior and convent of Blyth (Blida). Yearly fee: 1d.
13	Final concord between John de Ferles and Helen de Beche confirming grant as in 7. John to pay 2s and 24s per annum to Helen and allow alternate presentation to the living to Robert Avenel.
