The conditions of the bond are that Alice/Ales, occupier of the house and land and £4 stock of Robert Collett, son and heir of Robert Collett, £8 stock of John Collett, brother of Robert and £4 stock of Annas Collett their sister, is to 1: pay £10 to Robert on his reaching the age of 21, to be imparted to his siblings on their coming of age at the discretion of the Master and Fellows; 2: deliver to Annas Houche (or Hutche), wife of Robert Houche 3 and a half bushels of apples from her orchard during the lifetime of Annas and the minority of Robert Collett; 3: bring up and set to school Robert and John until they shall be well able to write and read English; 4: make no waste, maintain buildings (for which she may make use of the £10 destined for Robert. Witnesses: Henry Yeems and John Thaxter, fellows, and John Wolsey, student of CCCC.
