The bond is void if 'there shalbe no comeing in or out of the Colledg . . . through the passage made from the hostle to the Tenniscourt, or through any parte thereof, when the other gates of the said College are locked, By the procuring or voluntarie sufferance of Nicholas Smith of Cambnridge, gent., . . . upon paine of forfeiture of twentie shillings of lawfull money of England, Toties quoties, to the saied Colleges at any time hereafter dureing the continewance of the Lease of the said Tenniscourt amongst other things made to the said Nicholas Smithe by the above named Master and fellows'.
