5 Grant to his nephew Gocelin de Deepdale of a croft with tofts in Burnham Norton and 6 perches of land for an annual fee of 6d. The croft lies between a croft of Simon Gofefrei and a croft of Cecily wife of Geoffrey de Reydon and extends (E) to a meadow formerly of Ralph de Toop and (W) to the common highway; 3 perches of land lie in the fields of Westgate at Langeland between land formerly of William Rull de Sutton and land of Simon son of Hervey; and 3 perches lies at Ringstead gate between land formerly of Henry Chaplain and land of Richard Pinnig, which the said Gocelin held of Agnes his mother, sister to the grantor. Seven roods, called Crundellond lie at Brakecroft next to land of Robert de Orleans (N); seven roods lie in the same field next to the said land of the said Robert (S); and half an acre lies in the same field next to land of the said Robert (S). Witnesses: Sir Walter de Calthorp; Sir Thomas de Snetterton, knights; William de Ventre; Robert de Burgh; Richard son of Hugh de Deepdale; Richard his son.

7 Quitclaim to Sir Roger de Tofts of a messuage with houses on it and a croft, and three pieces of land in Deepdale fields. Annual fee: 2d. The messuage lies between a messuage of the said Sir Roger (E) and a messuage of Geoffrey Peder' (W) and abuts on a marsh (N) and on Husleylond (S) and comprises 7 roods; one piece of land lies above Brakecroft between land of Matthew son of Mariora (E) and land of Hervey son of Charele (W) and comprises 9 roods; another piece lies lengthwise alongside Husleylond (S) and comrpises one and a half roods; and the third piece lies at Smaledeles between land of Matthew son of Mariora (N) and land of Geoffrey (S) and comrpises one rood and a half. 9 Grant to William son of Henry de Deepdale of a perch and a half of land in Deepdale fields formerly land of Hugh son of Henry in exchange for an acre and a half called Longenedlond on which Wlstandesgore abuts. The perch and a half lie to the west of Bradehog between land of Hubert de Deepdale and land of the said William. Robert has paid 6s and will pay an annual rent of 4d. 11 Lease to Matthew le Neve of Burnham Thorpe of one acre in Burnham Thorpe at an annual rent of 6d. The land, called Hokerescroft lies between land of Robert Croue and land of the said Matthew; the north head abuts on the road leading from Burnham market towards Walsingham.
