The tenement lies between a tenement which John Crowe, cooper, holds of CCCC and a tenement of Johanna Heath and abuts on a tenement of CCCC and on the highway. The garden is in St John's parish between a garden of St John's Hospital (N) and a garden of the said Johanna (S) and abuts on the garden of the said Hospital and on the river bank.
