The tenement lies between a college tenement and a parcel of land belonging to the manor of Cayles (S) and Queens' Lane (vicus reginalis) (N), and abuts on a tenement of St Bene't's church (E) and on 'le milnedam' (W).
Witnesses: John Bilney, mayor; Simon Rankin; Richard Sexton senior; Thomas Sturmin and Thomas Fuller, bailiffs.
