75(1) Grant to Ketel, merchant, of Cambridge of one messuage in Cambridge previously held from Hervey by Ketel's father, William. The messuage is 20 and 19 feet long, 69 feet wide next to the road, 60 and a half feet wide in the middle and 58 feet wide at the end. Gersuma: 50s 8d; rent 12d per annum. Witnesses: Reginald Chine; Baldwin Blancgernun; Robert Seman; Hervey Grim; FulK Crocheman; Richard his son; William son of Edward; Alard son of Ordgar; Henry de Barton; William Pandevant; Gilbert the goldsmith and Hervey his son; Geoffrey Tailor of London; William son of Eustace; Walter son of William.
