Bill of sale advertising sa,e of 7 lots in the present Church Rate Walk on the corner of Occupation Road, later Newnham Walk. Lot 1, later Brookfield, is on the corner and lots 2 to 7 extend southwards along the 'footpatch to Grantchester', now Church Rate Walk. The lots are currently let to James Hunt and are to be sold by the devisees in trust under the will of Samuel Pickering Beales AT THE Black Bull public house, Silver Street, at 7.30 p.m. on 14 May 1851.
