208 Bill of sale advertising sa,e of 7 lots in the present Church Rate Walk on the corner of Occupation Road, later Newnham Walk. Lot 1, later Brookfield, is on the corner and lots 2 to 7 extend southwards along the 'footpatch to Grantchester', now Church Rate Walk. The lots are currently let to James Hunt and are to be sold by the devisees in trust under the will of Samuel Pickering Beales AT THE Black Bull public house, Silver Street, at 7.30 p.m. on 14 May 1851.

215 Abstract of title of Mrs Elizabeth Barrmore to a freehold messuage and premises known as 'Brookfield'. James Hunt (d. 25 June 1877) left the property to his housekeeper Elizabeth Sarson (d. 24 May 1878) until her decease or marriage, conditional on her keeping the property in good order, and then to his niece, Elizabeth Barrymore. Note at end of sale of the property by Mrs Barrmore to Sir Roland Knyvet Wilson on 22 Dec. 1883 for £1000 (see 217 below).
