The land lies between a messuage of Richard son of John Hammond and a messuage formerly Thomas Faber's and extends from the main street to the King's Ditch. The holm lies next to a tenement of Geoffrey de Spertegrave and is to be put to the uses that Warin de Hulme and Hugh de Hulme and their predecessors used. 113 Grant to Richard son of Thomas Nyket of Cambridge and John, daughter of Walter de Brunne, burgess of Huntingdon, for her marriage of a messuage and a vacant plot of land. The messuage lies in St Peter's parish next to the Great Bridge between the common bank on one side and a common path on the other and extends from the highway to the tenement of Robert Dunning. The vacant plot is in All Saints' parish (extra Castrum) between a tenement of Thomas son of Sir John of Cambridge, knight, and a tenement of John le Freresman, and abuts on the highway and on the tenement of the said Thomas son of John of Cambridge.
