The tenement is defined as lying between a college tenement in the tenure of William Squire, bedel (N), and a college tenement called 'le Cristofer' in which Simon Abraham lives (S), and abuts on Trumpington Street (W) with a frontage of twenty and a half feet. Dimensions and neighbours of the garden also specified.

Witnesses: John Hazel, mayor; John Keynsham; Thomas Roger; William Therkill; John Rawlin, bailiffs.
