The messuage lies between a tenement of John Morice (N) and a tenement leased by the lessors to John Colvile, skinner (S) and comprises, next to the high street two little cellars and a gateway with a thatched solar above; a hall with a chamber behind it with a solar above; a kitchen and a little courtyard and a granary under one roof and three stables with one solar above them; and on the other side a brerwhouse and a 'yilhous' with a solar above, and an empty space between the brewhouse and the 'yilhous'.
