5(1) Grant to Henry le Barber, burgess, and Joan his wife of a messuage, once Margaret Sherewind's, at an annual rent of 38s with reversion to the grantor and a part excepted for the use of the grantor and his family. The messuage lies next to tenements of John Morice, Thomas le Lorimer, Robert Clement and William de Snoyinges (N) and abuts on the king's highway. Witnesses: Eudo de Elpringham, mayor; Robert de Comberton; Andrew de Hitchen; William de Bronne; Peter de Abington; Robert Clement; Thomas le Lorimer.
