4(1) Quitclaim to Thomas Jacob, Thomas Beckton, clerk, Hugh Ploughwright and John Abraham of a tenement in Trumpington Street. The tenement lies between a tenement once John Maskerell's, a tenement of Simon Bentybow and a tenement of Lovell's (S) and a tenement of Clement de Potton (N) and abuts (E) on Trumpington Street and a parcel of land belonging to St Radegund's convent and (W) on a garden of Robert Bradley and William Audley, and has three shops at the front. Witnesses: John Bilney, mayor; Thomas Trivet; Simon Bentybow; John Lister; Robert Bradway.
