Content and context

With MS schedule of fixtures at lot 64: 9, 11 and 12 Pembroke Street, leasehold from the Corporation for 999 years. The college also purchased lot 63: the Bell and adjoining tenement in Botolph Lane, with a communication (to be blocked up) with the Pembroke St property. Agreement to pay residue of purchase money annexed.
