The messuage, once Henry Mullock's, extends 10 roods lengthwise from between a water course and the other part of the messuage, which is to the east, and lies, widthwise between land of Master John de Faversham on the one side and land once WalterTinctor's and land of Hervey Tinctor and land of the said Robert on the other side.
