The parties in full are William Steward of Great Yarmouth, Benjamin Cotton, Timothy Steward of Norwich and Henry Steward, brewers and co-partners, of the second part, and Thomas Nash, William Searle and Thomas Edleston, brewers and co-partners, of the third part.

Corpus/CCCC09/11/CCCC09/11/131(1) contains:
131(2) Particulars and conditions of sale of the brewery of Messrs Steward, Cotton, and Co., together with 48 public houses in the town and neighbourhood of Cambridge. To be sold by auction at the Eagle In, Cambridge, on 25 August 1837. Marginalia reveal that the leasehold of the Anchor went of £336 and the wharfage ground behind it for £170 2s.
