The tenements (dimensions given) abut (S) on the Queens Street and (N) on a tenement formerly in the occupation of John Rant and now or late of Martha Hales, widow, and lies next to a tenement of Queens' College sometime since in the occupation of John Whitehead and now or late of John Collet, baker (E) and a tenement and ground heretofore in the occupation of John Kirbyshire and now or late of William Sharp (W) and are currently occupied by William Sharp and Thomas Bidwell.
