The property lies between a tenement or tenements of John Bailey and Thomas Brewer (N) and a tenement or tenements of John Lexham of CCC and Thomas Hayreman (S) and abuts (W) on a tenement of William Cornerd, brewer, and (E) on the road called Peas Market.

Indenture for schedule of goods annexed, but it bears only the heading, no entries.

Witnesses: Robert Coop, mayor; John Wilton; John Undyrder; John Warren and Thomas Dyche, bailiffs.
