The shop lies between a shop once Stephen Morice senior's and a shop once Simon Tableter's. The garden is between a tenement once Robert Essex's on the one hand and a tenement once owned by John Coton and the said Thomas Caldecote on the other and abuts on a tenement once John Coton's and a tenement once Geoffrey de Lynn's. 'Henneye' is in St Michael's parish.. The ground in St Botolph's parish is between a tenement leased by the college to Thomas Fuller and a tenement of Thomas Caldecote's (dimensions given).
