The tenement, previously the property of Robert Hanchett, was late in the occupation of Samuel Wilkinson, painter, and since of Francis Hopkins, gent., and lies between tenements late in the occupation of John Walsham and John Duport and abuts on the High Street near the houses late the Mitre Tavern and on the houses and gardens of the said John Walsham and John Duport
