The tenements lie between The Rose, late in the occupation of William Rumbold and now of Mr Hasewell (E) and college tenement leased to Charles Finch (W) and abuts (S) on 'the common high way against the Wheat Market' and (N) on ' the houses sometimes of Doctor Wendy' and on the Lilypot (dimensions given).
Witnesses: William Mott and William Appleyard.
Ann Large, née Sumpter, was devisee of the estate hereinafter described by the will of her late mother Elizabeth widow of Adam Sumpter, confectioner.
