78 Letter concerning the annuity payable by the Hosptial for support of the scholars. The college had clearly written asking for a payment which Sackett, who has been in post for 20 years, maintains is payable only once yearly, at Michaelmas, and not twice. He will pay at Michaelmas. At present he has no name to nominate to a vacancy. Endorsed: Mr Sacketts letter concerning the supplying of Mr Leverside his scholarship.

79 Letter concerning a vacancy. Sackett understands that there has been a vacancy for three-quarters of a year and that he has not been advised of this. He sends reproaches, and nominates [Thomas] Brett and [Francis] Drayton, both already of the college.
