|Opening hours || Mon-Fri 10-1 and 2-6 |
|Closed || The College is usually closed between Christmas and New Year. |
|Booking || Booking is absolutely necessary. |
|Credentials || Academic readers are expected to supply a letter of introduction; others are admitted at the Archivist's discretion and may be asked for proof of identity. |

|Disabled access || One step must be negotiated to reach the Archives Office, three flights of stairs for the Old Library collections. |

| Shortage of work space means we can normally only admit one reader at a time. A reader travelling from a distance will usually be permitted to park in the College grounds, so long as this has been arranged in advance. Enquirers using email are advised to include their postal address. |
