Miyashita's letter states that one of the book's drawings of dissections of the human body is based on the work of the Chinese, Yang Chieh, (1113), 25 November, 1965; Joseph Needham's reply advises on the location of copies of the book and gives 'the gist' of an abstract prepared for Dr. Jutta Hall's article, 'Zur persischen Übersetzung enies Mo-chüeh, eines chinesischen medizinischen Textes', 22 December 1965.
