[?], (The map has been annotated by Joseph Needham, partly on a tracing paper overlay.); typed list of names for the fold-out map; copy of a memorandum from Needham to AS [?] of Cambridge University Press about the inclusion of a map in the volume 'I have come to the conclusion that from galley 155 onwards the text will be incomprehensible without a map..'; two letters from Prof Sir Harold Bailey of Queens' College, Cambridge, about the map; letter from Angela [?] of Cambridge University Press, returning the art work for filing; draft caption for Figure 1531a; preparatory drawings of the map on acetate; related notes.
