5 TLS to Lyn Newman. Informs her that Mr. Osman of 'The Racing Pigeon' was asked to edit the mass of material that the Society received on dovecotes in 1956, but was defeated by the scale of the task, and that the papers were then passed to Mr D. C. Bailey who published an illustrated article on dovecotes of East Lothian in volume eleven of the Society's Transactions. Assures Lyn that they will try and return her photographs to her.
