Thanks Glover for his letter. Complains that only Glover, the Morgan family, and Dean Gardner Smith keep him up-to-date with Cambridge news. Reports that he is on sabbatical, and intends to break-up his theological library in order to read what pleases him. Sends four chapters of his 'Reminiscences'. Looks back at his time in Cambridge. Sends a photograph of his wife, himself, and their dogs, with the caption, 'We'll get some more dogs to greet you if only you'll come here'.
