Asks Glover to persuade Stanley Chivers to take the place of his father [John Chivers] on the Baptist Union Council. Impresses on him the 'importance for all the country Churches in Cambridgeshire of having the Chivers family in close touch with the Baptist Union'. Informs Glover that the other speaker at the Bunyan Tercentenary will be Sir Thomas Inskip. |
