Content and context

On British and Foreign Anti Slavery Society headed paper. Requests Clarkson to add signature to a letter to French Abolition Society. Acknowledges the receipt of a letter from Lewis Tappan advising that all letters have been received and mentions the fate of two men sentenced to prison.
