Autograph letter signed to Beaton, from Weston Hall, Towcester. Tried to ring Beaton to say how much they enjoyed the dinner party. His "fascinating" book has arrived and she is enjoying it even more than the extracts in the Sunday Times. Sachie admires his writing enormously. Feels very nostalgic after reading the beginning. Hopes to see Beaton before the end of the summer. 2p; paper. |

Autograph letter signed to Beaton, from Weston Hall, Towcester. When she approached Beaton so flippantly the other night she had no idea about his mother. Is sorry not to have been one of the first to send her deepest sympathy. He should be consoled knowing what a wonderful son he always was. His mother was always sweet and welcoming. Asks him to try and enjoy his trip. 2p; paper. |
