Actress.

Beaton is too kind. Expects that he had forgotten he said something "very nice" to the clothes lady on the Sunday Times, so even if she had read Nova she would not have been very upset. It is kind of him to take such trouble to make sure she should not be upset. Hopes that Beaton will be able to come to the party which Richard Buckle is organising for after the show.
