William Charles Green (c. 1833-1914) came up to King's in 1851. He was the first Member of the College obliged to enter for a Tripos. He got a 2nd in the Mathematics Tripos and a 1st in the Classics in 1855.
These letters, newspaper cuttings, transcriptions, artwork and mementoes were created or collected by WCG and his family.
Transferred from Professor D. Coleman in 1982. Owned by Mr. Grist?
