The file contains off-prints, photocopied typescripts, newscuttings, notes etc. of published and unpublished articles, speeches, and letters to the press by RFK from 1931 onwards, including: autograph manuscript notes for lectures to the Tuesday Club 'The balance of payments union: a programme for action', 28 June 1949 and Cambridge Fabian Society 'An economic policy for G[reat] B[ritain]', 26 Feb. 1950; a typescript 'Physical controls', for a second volume of New Fabian Essays, [never published], 1953; roneo typescripts 'The buffer stock under the International Tin Agreement' and 'Multilateral options for sugar', written for the United Nations, Sept. 1959; roneo typescripts 'Future of interest rates' and 'Prospects under a Labour Government', both 1964.
