Richard Bevan Braithwaite was admitted to King's College, Cambridge in 1919, gaining a BA in 1923 and an M.A in 1926. He was a Fellow of King's College, Cambridge from 1924 to 1990. He was appointed Cambridge University Lecturer in Moral Sciences in 1928.
The collection includes manuscripts and typescripts of notes and lectures, an album of cuttings of early published articles, typescript pieces, and some letters received from journal editors.
The papers were given by Lewis Braithwaite in 1998.
