Estienne LeFanu, Sieur de Modeville (Normandy).

Autograph MS on paper, 14 leaves, the last blank. Poem of 47 ten-line stanzas in French. Pencilled transliterations are in the hand of T.P. Le Fanu (1784-1845). Verses were written by Estienne Le Fanu in prison at Caen about 1675. Text published in 'Proceedings of the Hugenot Society of London' 1898 vol. 6 p.112-125.
