Content and context

Carl Christian von Weizsacher was affiliated with the University of Bielefeld, Rheda, Germany. Among other things, he wrote a review of M. Morishima's 'Marx's Economics' (1973), which was published in the 'Economic Journal', 83 (Dec. 1973), pp. 1245-54.

This file comprises correspondence concerning investment and marginal productivity. It includes:

A photocopied typescript of an apparently unpublished reply written by Carl Christian von Weizsacher as part of a disussion with M. Morishima and Joan Robinson. The discussion had been sparked by von Weizsacher's review of Morishima's book on Marx.
