Photographs of JS.

JS/X/3/1-7 are copies scanned from prints loaned for the purpose by Mr. Warboys in January 2007. The descriptions and dates were provided by inscriptions on the backs of those prints.

King's/PP/JS/X/3 contains:
1 JS age 7 or 8. Black and white copy photograph of JS as a boy at his father's farm, Meadow Farm, in Oakington. He has one foot on the rung of the handles of a plough.

2 JS's family car. Black and white copy photograph of JS and his family in one of Oakington's first cars, bought secondhand in 1913. Reg. No. EB549.

4 Meadow Farm Barn, Oakington. Black and white copy photograph of a thatched tithe barn with a temporary builder's hut partially obscuring the view. The barn was approximately 500 years old when it was torn down c. 1970. Standing on the roadway in front of the barn are Mrs M Gould, Charles Warboys and Mrs C Warboys.
