This file includes a typescript memorandum on the procedure prescribed by the Peace Treaty in case of default, undated; an autograph manuscript piece on the omission from the Peace Treaty of compensation for pensions, [1921] and an autograph manuscript draft of a letter to a French supporter of J.M. Keynes' recent article on Germany's capacity to pay [possibly 'New reparations settlement: can Germany pay?', 'Sunday Times' 21 August 1921].
