This series provides details of the surviving autograph manuscript and typescript drafts, proofs, clippings and off-prints of articles, reviews and letters to the press by and about J.M. Keynes, published in the UK and abroad, together with related correspondence between J.M. Keynes and his newspaper publishers and critics.
This series comprises loose papers filed chronologically and a series of cuttings scrapbooks compiled by Florence Keynes. The series is missing the following item numbers: JMK/A/3-5, JMK/A/7, JMK/A/17-18 and JMK/A/41.

In this series, the published titles only of pieces by J.M. Keynes are given in alphabetical order, not the earlier headings provided at manuscript and typescript stage, except in cases where it has been impossible from the early drafts to identify whether or not a piece was published. Where there are several published titles in English for the same article, all are recorded. For full bibliographical details, the reader is referred to the bibliography in 'Collected writings of John Maynard Keynes' (Cambridge and London: Cambridge University Press and Macmillan, 1971-89), vol. XXX. Writings by others are not listed.
