Content and context

This file includes materials written by both T.S. Eliot and J.D. Hayward, articles about T.S. Eliot and materials sent to him for comment, and several posthumous items such as an obituary of T.S. Eliot, materials related to Donald Gallup's biography and memorabilia from centenary celebrations. Some of the more notable files concern T.S. Eliot's part in the Bollinger Prize Controversy (M/10) and items collected by Eliot, Hayward, Frank Morley and Geoffrey Faber for their own amusement (M/12). Other T.S. Eliot-related items, received after the man body of the Hayward Bequest, are included here.
