Forster and Sir Dennis Proctor, the text is marked up for the inclusion/exclusion of certain passages and the renumbering of pages and chapters. For a detailed exposition of the descent of the text and its handling by E. M. Forster and Sir Dennis Proctor, see 'Autobiography of G. Lowes Dickinson' (London, 1973) pp. 6-17.
