This volume contains Lytton Strachey's second photograph album entitled 'LS II. 1929-31' (although Frances Partridge noted in the album that the dates cover 1929-1932). She wrote in the album: 'Not wanting to waste so fine a book I took it over as my Volume 10, in 1935, pagination beginning again at I'. Frances Partridge's section of the album covers the years 1935-37.
The fragile cover which held this album has been conserved and is stored in a separate box. Please ask for it specifically if you would like to see it.
