Memoranda of agreement between E.M. Forster and others to translate and publish his works in foreign languages. Publishers in Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden are represented. Also 1 envelope inscribed by E.M. Forster, 'Foreign Translations' and 1 envelope inscribed 'Letter from Isherwood/Agreements with Charles Mauron' in an unknown hand. The latter formerly contained a letter from Christopher Isherwood to W.J.H. Sprott now filed in the correspondence sequence.
