This series contains several files relating to the personal finances of E.M. Forster. They include information about Forster's publications from sources such as translation agreements and royalty statements, as well as information testifying to the author's day-to-day finances, including records of bank transactions; stock, bond and security statements and notes regarding bills.

Financial information, particularly about publications and proposed publications, may also be found among E.M. Forster's correspondence with various publishers. These letters are in the correspondence sequence (Section 18) under the name of the publisher.

1 Costing of 'The Poems of C.P. Cavafy'. Printer's comparative costing for an English and a dual-text edition of 'The Poems of C.P. Cavafy', possibly for the Hogarth Press. Forster, 'Foreign Translations' and 1 envelope inscribed 'Letter from Isherwood/Agreements with Charles Mauron' in an unknown hand.
