Photographs of the Handicraft Guild at Campden and elsewhere, and of the Guild plays, most sent by Alec Miller to Janet Ashbee and inscribed by him. Contradictions over plays and dates have been resolved by recourse to the Ashbee journals.
Photographs numbered 1-20 form part of the original collection given in three separate periods. Some photographs in 12/9, and from 12/21 onwards were given to the archive by Felicity Ashbee 28 Nov 2008. Multiples of photographs 12/1-20 were placed within existing files.
The photographs have been arranged as follows: Campden (nos. 1-6); The Guild at work (nos. 7-8); Guild members (nos. 9-15) and Guild plays (nos.16-20). Photos 12/ 21 onwards do not fall into this arrangement as they were received in Nov 2008.
