The manors of Grantchester Burwash and Jakes , Cambridgeshire were purchased by the College in 1452 from the executors of Henry Somer [Chancellor of the Exchequer and one of Henry VI's agents in the foundation of the College].

The grant confirmed:

- Iselham and Tadlowe lands

- Dounton ?Wayloke lands

- 2li 10s 6d rent from ?Chellenwode and Ippelpen [or Ipplepen] lands, Devon

- Duchy of Lancaster pensions for building the College

New grant of Henry Somer of Grantchester manors and Cottenham lands.
